Pamela Jaber<\/strong> has been creating immersive and transformative experiential projects since 2015. As former CoFounder of Friends With Holograms and Producer at Moth+FlameVR, she specializes in developing impactful and emotional VR experiences geared towards soft skills training. She understands the importance of the ‘reality’ in Virtual Reality, emphasizing experiences that create real learning through evocative, realistic situations.<\/p>\n

She has led teams of VR directors, cutting edge Unity and Unreal developers, creative technologists and writers to create award-winning Virtual Reality experiences including:<\/p>\n

VR training pieces for Meta<\/strong>, as one of their Learning Fund Partners. Focused on education and D&I, she is currently crafting several powerful immersive experiences.<\/p>\n

VR pieces for Accenture<\/strong>, utilizing cutting-edge Natural Language Technology to create simulated interactions to train Social Workers. This project won a Global Mobile award and was a finalist at SXSW for an Innovation Award.<\/p>\n

A VR project for Development Dimensions International (DDI)<\/strong> tackling diversity and inclusion. We created a very real experience of being excluded in the workplace. One user said it was “not just a conversation, but an emotional experience. This project won Top HR Product award by HR Executive.<\/p>\n

Concepted and directed VR projects for Lowe’s<\/strong> addressing bias in 3 separate scenarios.<\/p>\n

Concepted and developed projects for Walmart<\/strong> centered around mental health, in collaboration with Thrive Global.<\/p>\n

Consulting for various companies including Coca Cola<\/strong>, NYC.gov<\/strong>, NuEyes<\/strong>, and Verizon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Prior to that Pamela worked as Creative Producer at VR production house Moth + Flame. Work included projects for MTV, Ram, AMD, and Discovery. Projects she worked on there have been shown at Tribeca Immersive and nominated for an Innovation Lion at Cannes.<\/p>\n

Pamela has served on juries for numerous awards shows, including the 2021 D&AD Awards and the 2022 Art Directors Club Awards. She is a published author and has been interviewed as a thought leader on the role and direction of XR technologies, and a guest lecturer on XR technology and best practices<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
